Student Support Assistant: Blake House

We wish to appoint an energetic, determined and committed, person who has excellent communication skills and is able to engage positively and easily with young people.

 In this role you will work closely with your Head of House supporting them with their pastoral responsibilities.  You will also be working closely with our Student Services Team to provide support for students across the school.

You will need to have experience of office, clerical and administrative work, be able to multi-task and have a sense of humour, along with the ability to empathise with young people.

TEACHING ASSISTANT FOR PUPILS WITH AUTISM

26 hours 40 minutes per week – term time only. 

NJC level 2a Point range: 10-13 (starting point 10)
Actual Salary: £8828.19

Due to promotion and an increase in student numbers we require an enthusiastic and committed person to work as part of our Inclusion Team, as a Teaching Assistant within the ASC provision.

Experience of working with students with additional needs would be desirable although specialised training will be available. Your role will be to support students on the spectrum within the provision and within mainstream classes.
